Toss 1 cup Mann’s Broccoli Cole Slaw (shredded broccoli, red cabbage, and carrots) with 1 teaspoon each rice wine vinegar and sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.   Combine 1 cup shredded red cabbage with 3 tablespoons garlic, scallion, or lemon hummus. Cut a small whole wheat pita in half and stuff each piece with half the mixture.   Mix 1 tablespoon each Dijon mustard, freshly squeezed lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Use as a dipping sauce for broccoli and cauliflower florets.
